Real-world use

Evidence-led, without overclaiming.

The kit has already been used by individual customers and small creative activity hosts outside the UK for small silk painting activities. Larger institutional or overseas projects require a separate review before supply.

Independent use and brand boundaries

Clear permission, clear limits.

The Silk Painting Business Kit is designed for independent teaching and creative activity use. Purchasing a kit allows you to run your own silk painting sessions under your own name, organisation or project. It does not include CBSP, Coffee Break Silk Painting, Miu Art Studio or Huntly Silk Painting Studio brand authorisation, logo use, official partner wording, trainer rights or sublicensing rights unless separately agreed in writing.

Logo-bearing kits and brand-backed materials are only available to approved institutional partners after pilot review. They are not included with ordinary Business Kit purchases.

Organisations, larger orders and overseas projects

Some uses need a review before supply.

For larger orders, institutional use or overseas projects, we may ask for additional information about the activity, venue, responsible organiser, participant numbers, shipping details and intended use before confirming supply.

This helps us make sure the materials are used safely, clearly and appropriately, and that both sides understand the responsibilities before the first project begins.

Controlled partnership pathway

A kit can be an entry point, not automatic authorisation.

Business Kit purchase is the entry point. Brand-backed partnership or licence use is only considered after pilot evidence, feedback, photos, delivery review and separate written agreement.

Step 1 — Business Kit Independent Use

Use the Business Kit for your own beginner-friendly silk painting sessions under your own name.

Step 2 — One-off Pilot Review

A limited pilot may be reviewed through evidence, feedback, photos and delivery notes.

Step 3 — Stage-based Institutional Licence

Institutional or brand-backed use is only considered through separate written agreement.
